I’ve been scrolling through CTFtime for some minutes now, and Perfect Blue was the first team in the rank…
And I wanted to know what made them rank the highest on ctftime, SO I went to their blog to read some articles.
And I found an interesting post: perfect blue finishes #1 on CTFtime 2020
I’ve read the whole post but that’s unrelated right now 😐 , But this line was interesting (Actually wasn’t that interesting 🙂 )
I clicked the link and nothing happened, clicked again and again but still the same.
Until I discovered my first bug yet(Not really a bug but still a thing), This link was pointing to a HTML id which is #Appendix-What-are-CTFs Which doesn’t exist.
But after searching the page for a bit I found a HTML tag which contains a similar id #appendix-what-are-ctfs and after editing the URL to https://blog.perfect.blue/perfect-blue-finishes-top-1-on-CTFtime-2020#appendix-what-are-ctfs It works.
It might not be a big thing to you, But it definitely is to me.
I’ll contact them about that to fix it, And as I always say:
By the way, CTFs, or Capture The Flag, are technical competitions designed for students and professionals which teach concepts relating to information security. CTFs require participants to solve challenges mimicing real-world security flaws and sharpens skills through hands-on experience. — As said on their blog
